Hello blogging world, yesterday in class 24 students got picked to go to the student led toolkits. I was one of those lucky ones and even better I was a presenter.
What is student led toolkits?
It is when students teach others to use a website that they want to explain about. There is spot prizes, competitions and presentations. We went to others to see what they wanted to show us. For the past 3 years Hay Park School, has hosted them. This year they hosted it but the location was at New Windsor School.
For my presentation I was doing.... Making Kahoots with Izzy! We had a full house. That day was really fun and I great experience. I did present last year and I liked that to but, this year it was more fun.
As I said throughout the day we did different activerties. I went incredibox and my presentation. Here are some photos of the day!
At the start of the day we did a coding challenge and I was in it. We had a little play around with spheros (little robots programmed by a tablet) then we had a race through a course. We had to go round the cones and I did it twice. My buddy max, had a go and he got it around to. I guess they weren't looking, because they said another school won. Then our teacher did it (Mr Riceman) had to do it. He came 2nd. Here is a video of me.

We also did team building. Our school was 2nd was tallest and 1st for creativity. What we had to do was make at least a 10 cm thing to hold a cup with 100 grams in it. They had 25 mins to do it.
