What About Gmail?

This week in class we made a comic strip about the wrongs and rights about emails. In our comic strip we had to have...

• Photos of you and your partner
• A moral
• A story that makes sense

We did this to make sure everyone knows why we had school email. 
Here is my one.

I really enjoyed this task because we had to use our mind and think of something that happened. I didn't have a buddy so I got to use cartoon characters to help me form the story.

Eco Man!

This week Mr Eco came from California to teach us his message about the environment.

Who is Mr Eco?

Mr Eco is a man who teaches kids how to be Eco. He has been to a total of 4 country's and now this is his fifth. He is also a...SUPER HERO! Instead of just plainly writing it or saying it he puts him self to the test and makes the plain old words to the amazing and fascinating rap. Everybody loves it and he tries and gets the parents involved.

Lets have a look at the fun day we had!

Mr Eco also has a YouTube channel with all his daily vlogs and his music video, go cheek him out! I really enjoyed this day when Mr Eco.

My new profile photo!

Hello blogging world this is my new profile picture. Yes I still have my old one but this is my new one. 

We 1st made this on befunky.com (but I didn't make one so I quickly had to take a photo). After that we posted that photo on thinglink and made 6 connections. 2 Paragraphs about our self, 2 videos that relate to us and 2 links about us. I think this was quite easy because I have used all these tools before. I have even learnt a bit more about me!

The flight of the Albatross!

Hello blogging world, today in class we made a

info-graphic about albatrosses. We had to read the book first then make at least six bubbles with facts in each one. We made this on google drawing to give us a challenge instead of using a website that could have helped us. If you are wondering "Hmm what is a info-graphic?" You have come to the right place.

A info-graphic is a type of poster that has a equal amount of pictures and text. It makes it very easy to see and understand.

I really enjoyed this activity because we got to use lots of features we learned this year, and put it to the test. I am really happy with what the outcome of my info-graphic is. This was also quite hard because you had to make it off of google drawing and not just a web site.

The Character description of...

Hello blogging world, last week in class we had made a character description of a half human and  half animal, we made it on build you wild self. We used a Y chart to plan a personalty,actions and what this creature looks like.After that we put them into 3 paragraph and made the ideas into descriptive sentences.

Here is my plan.

  

And here is my writing.Her name is Ally.

Ally’s big fluffy ears help her to stay warm around the head in the winter time. Her reindeer antlers help her to carry buckets around to places , without holding them. She also has some scary and sharp shark teeth scare everybody away. Her sticky green frog arms help her jump to different buildings like spider man. Her billy goat legs help her to walk and run really far and fast.  They also helping her to balance. At the back of her she has some spectacular lion fish fins. When she walks they wave and fiddle round in the air making it hard to move.

Ally loves to cook. She has a job as a cook in Tomara Vill. Her arms make it difficult for her to cook because everything just “sticks to her”. Her ears help her to hear well. She uses them also in her free time to listen to music. She also has a part time job as a rescuer,telling people where the helps! ,screams and yelps are coming from. She isn't all a nice person she sometimes she likes to be a little mischief pranking all her friends and family.

When Ally isn't busy with her life she likes to take a risk and goes adventuring through the local jungles finding new discourses. She is super cheerful , cheering her friends on when they are doing a sports match. She also praises them to complete a test. She cares for her friends and family, but she also takes care of everyone in her village. She tries to help as much as possible but , sometimes she can't. She is one of the most calmest people in the world not panicking when earthquakes struck! Over all she is one of the most friendliest people you will ever meet in the world.

Ready..Set...Design!

Hello blogging world this week in class we have been doing something called ready set design! Mr Ricemen put us in groups of four to make some things to see if we were creative enough for this technology zones. 

On Monday we had to make a shelter for a small dog.We had a whole newspaper,3 flags and 20 mins.My team was trying to make a little hut but it ended up as a tent, with a bunch of bows on the outside.On Tuesday we had to make a shelter for a team mate.It had to be portable too.So we made this hut that when you were about to stand up the little sticks would acted as flaps.The ones at the front were put as support put also to hold.Then on Wednesday we had to make something to protect Mr Ricemen and his laptop using tinker cad.Once we finished that we put it into a presentation so it was easy to see our teams designs have a look.

I enjoyed this because I got to make it with my friend Dorothy and I love to make things using the Chromebook.Dorothy and I made a raincoat.Inside we made a speaker and a cup holder for his coffee.Fingers cross he will be able to fit it.

The Ones Who Visit My Blog.

Hello blogging world! today in class we were wondering...What type of people visit our blog? We put this into our own hands, and thought of 6 types of people that could be visiting out blogs.In the middle we added a little sneak peek of our blog.
