Fun Family Facts - Bonus Activity

Hello, blogging world. This Activity is all about our family. Every family is special in a different because they have different people in it. We had to ask three family member what their favourites things to do in the summer are. I asked my parents and one of my best friends here it is!

Mum
My Mum is a nice and caring woman. She has two kids, a lovely husband and a lazy dog. She would always be there for me and even treats my friends like her children. Let's see what she said?
1. My Mums love being warm because in New Zealand doesn't get hot often so when it is summer she loves it!
2. She also loves to hang out with her family. She likes to chill or go to the beach with them well, just anyway she can hang out with them.
. Dad
My dad is a hugging monster. Whenever you least expect it you see a face coming towards you and the next moment you are in the hugging trap of my dad. Let's See what he said?
1.In the summer my dad loves to watch cricket. Ethier if it is on tv or if he is in a stadium, it's his perfect day of how to spend the day with his friends.
2. I know this might sound funny but in the summer he also likes to play cricket... who was expecting that!

Amie
Amie is one of my best friends and she will always be but she is tied with my other friend Ashana. Amie has chickens and loves them! Let's see what she said?
1. In the summer she loves to play with her chickens. So cute!
2.She also likes to talk and talk to friends (Like me and Ashana). What A Chatterbox!

This is everything I found out. Most of this's facts are ones I didn't even know. Thank for viewing this blog post. If you would like to see more of my scroll down. Please feel free to comment anywhere on my blog. I will see you in my next blog post until then... BYE!

  1. Kia Ora Lily,

Thanks for sharing this great post with us! I was just reading Amie's posts earlier today and she mentioned you in her post about 'Fun Family Facts.' It's lovely that you are so close and that you have so much fun playing together!

In Amie's post, she mentioned that you love to play Minecraft. Aronui (my son) has been asking me about Minecraft recently. I don't know much about it. Could you please tell me a little bit about how it works? I'd really appreciate it!

I hope that you and your family are enjoying this lovely, warm weather. I completely agree with your mom that it's a nice temperature here in Auckland over summer. It isn't usually too hot to go outside and enjoy the beach or a nice game of cricket. Speaking of cricket, my partner (Andy) also loves cricket. I gave him a ticket for the upcoming New Zealand v England test that will be happening in March. He can't wait to see it (but will have to wait a full three months for it to happen - poor guy)!

Wishing you and your family a lovely holiday and a great start to 2018!

    Best,
    Rachel

    1. Hello Rachel!

I do play minecraft but as I am not the Lily she was speaking of she was speaking of her sister. In minecraft there is basically 2 modes. Creative and surival. In creative its when you can let your building skills take off because you have all access to the blocks, armor, misc things, food and weapons. In survival you have to survival but you get lots of life its just you loose your stuff when you die. My dad likes to build a under ground house, hunt, mine and plant crops. Oh ya the "Mine" bit from mine craft comes from the bit of when you can mine. You dig under ground and you can find Coal, Iron, Lapis, Redstone, Gold, Diamond and Emerald. There is also servers which you can play mini games online. Its overall a super fun game.

Its nice to know that your partner and my dad have a lot in common. I hope for you to stay warm and have a great 2018!

      Best of luck,
      Lily :3

    2. Hi Lily,

Thank you so much for the lovely note! I am sorry that I confused the two Lily's! It sounds like you know a lot about Mincraft. I will definitely look into it for Aronui. It sounds like it's something that he would absolutely love!

Hope that you stay warm and have a great start to 2018. I'll look forward to seeing you online over the coming weeks.

      All the best!

      Rachel :)
