Dealing With Stress/ Week 2

Hello Blogging World, Today Activity is all about stress! I know stress is super bad but everybody has it. In New Zealand, many people had been losing their jobs for a period of time, Sadly. The expert thinks that 30% of the population were unemployed.  It was a stressful time for families.

Image result for Relax!For today's activity, we have to describe how we relax and wind down, a place to get away from the stress. For me, I hang with people I love and trust. I like to watch tv because on tv all you think about is the thing that is happening on the Tv. I also like playing video games like sims, Roblox and Minecraft. I like to play Roblox with my sister but sometimes she gets stressed playing it.

    Thank you for sharing your ways of dealing with stress. I think it’s awesome you get to hang out with people you love and trust, I’m sure you offload a lot of the things that are on your mind! And you are so right about watching TV, when you watch something you tend to focus on it completely and let go of what’s been bothering you for at least a little while! Perhaps next time you could talk about how you help other deals with stress.

    You’ve already shared ways you de-stress, remember to share a few tips (perhaps a list of tips?) about possible things people could do to help relieve stress. I would love to give you full points for this activity so hopefully you edit your post to include those things.

    I love to relax in the bath with my favourite music playlist playing in the background. Listening to music is one of all time favourite things to do along with spending time with my close family and friends. What is your favourite thing to do when you’re stressed?

    My name is Clare and I am part of the Summer Learning Journey. I can see you are a really active Blogger and your blog has lots of really interesting content on here.
    I have really enjoyed reading this post particularly as firstly the frog caught my eye... and It made me want to read on.

    I think being able to having things you do to wind down after a big day is important. I like how you identified that being with your family and friends is important to you, that's exactly how I feel about dealing with stress. Being with people I love is the way i spend my time. Plus I also really enjoy time alone to unwind and destress.

    Did you know laughter is one of the best things we can do for our bodies and it destress us. I have people I hang out with who always make me happy and laugh. Family is always great for that too.

    Great job interacting with people who read your blog too it's always fun to read comments people give you and interact with them.
